Virtual Commercial Lending School
Commercial banking can be intimidating because of its complexity and the risk-oriented nature of the work. This course is a clear and thorough introduction to the key concepts, terminology, and processes involved in credit and lending. It doesn’t assume much prior knowledge of the topic, so it’s ideal for those in their first year in the industry. Learners will walk away with a clear understanding of their job and how their specific role fits into the bank’s overall profitability goals.
Bank Supervisor School
It's Time to Lead Intentionally.
You don’t master the art of leading and managing through luck; you master it with training, experience, self-learning, and applying best practices. As a supervisor, you must have the attitude, aptitude, skill-set, confidence, persistence, and commitment to excel in this multi-tasking, challenging role. This training will help take your expertise to a new level as you learn how to collaborate and coach your employees to excel on the job.
Virtual Advanced Commercial Lending School
This school is a “sequel” to the Commercial Lending School and is best taken after completion of that course, though it is not a prerequisite. This workshop dives deeper into topics covered in basic course: analyzing a borrower’s balance sheet, income statement, collateral, and risk ratings. It also includes a case study created specifically for this class that will help the learners to apply the concepts presented.
BSA/AML 2-Day School
This seminar assists financial institutions in meeting the annual training requirements imposed by the BSA regulations and provides attendees with the opportunity to network with other professionals interested in BSA compliance.

Navigating the FLSA in 2024
Did you know that you cannot just pay someone a salary to avoid overtime? Or that you cannot give certain bonuses without potentially factoring them into your overtime calculations? All organizations are unlawfully paying employees in some way. That may be an overstatement, but not by much. Perhaps no topic is more confusing and potentially dangerous than complying with federal and state wage and hour laws. By explaining basic wage and hour compliance, covering recent regulatory updates, and demonstrating practical application using case studies and hypothetical scenarios, this session will give you an understanding of best practices when it comes to lawfully paying employees.
