Congratulations to the Statewide Winner!

Congratulations to Carson Wang who was named this year’s statewide winner. Carson was hosted by Village Bank. As the statewide winner, Carson received a $5,000 scholarship in addition to his $2,500 regional scholarship.

Congratulations to the 2023 Bank Day Regional and Honorable Mention Winners!

Each of the six regional winners will receive a $2,500 college scholarship. There were also six honorable mention winners who will each receive a $1,000 college scholarship.

  • What’s the top thing on your bucket list? In general, traveling is the top thing on my bucket list! I’ve always wanted to go to places like Greece, Italy, or Bora Bora.
  • Favorite Weekend Activity? I think my favorite weekend activity would have to be just getting the free time to relax with my family and friends.
  • How would you spend one million dollars? If I had to spend the money, I would probably put it towards taking vacations with my family, college, or bigger lifestyle purchases that I could have for a long time.

  • How would you spend one million dollars? I would give 200k to ADDA, a non-profit for children with ADHD. I would create a bank account and add 200k in for my little brother. The rest I would use to travel and maybe start a business, who knows?

  • What’s the top thing on your bucket list? The top thing on my bucket list would have to be traveling to Greece. The scenery, including the colorful buildings and sea views, as well as the history of the location, particularly the Greek mythology, are my main motives for going.
  • What’s the most-used app on your phone? The most-used app on my phone would have to be Spotify. From listening to classical piano while studying or jamming out to Mac DeMarco on the way to school, I love to diversify my music interests and explore new genres.
  • Favorite Weekend Activity: My favorite weekend activity is crocheting, which I love to do when surrounded by friends and family.
