Through real-world examples and practical applications, she reveals how audiences can transform urgency into clarity, resistance into momentum, and effort into meaningful impact that compounds over time. Attendees will discover they no longer need to choose between wellbeing and excellence. By learning to cultivate surplus energy, they gain the capacity to ride the waves of change, level up their teams, and create cultures where everyone thrives.
