• Keep your camera on as much as possible
• Use designated times to ask questions by either un-muting yourself or raising your hand.  You may also send any questions you want answered during the designed time to Gail Queen via the Zoom Chat feature.
• Please limit distractions as much as possible (including cell phone usage)
• Be engaged
