If there’s one constant, it’s that changes keep coming. In this session, YHB will give a technical review of recent GAAP and SEC reporting changes and proposals over the previous year. Topics will include an overview of effective date deferrals on major standards and what to do with the additional time, changes to the thresholds for qualifying as a small reporting company, proposed amendments to the accelerated filer and large accelerated filer definitions, community bank leverage ratio framework, proposed amendments to SEC Guide 3 requirements, CECL FAQs published by joint regulatory agencies, changes to accounting for callable debt securities and required disclosures under ASU 2016-02: Leases.

VBA Event Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will be charged a $25.00 administrative fee. Cancellations received less than 72 business hours before the program will be charged a $75.00 administrative fee plus any additional fees associated with the training. Substitutions are allowed prior to beginning of course.
