General Introduction: Make a Connection

• Role at your bank
• Recall a time you have interacted before (previous VBA event or in the community) 
• Share any public news about your bank (bank expansion in the community, new initiatives)
• Share your business card, offer to be a resource, and invite to upcoming public events (branch openings, sponsored events)

Customer & Community Impact: Share Your Bank’s Story

• Examples of how your bank is investing in the community
• Small business lending & affordable housing initiatives
• Financial literacy engagement
• Economic conditions and trends in your region

Financial Fraud: Your Bank Protects Its Customers

• Approaches to preventing cyber & payments fraud and elder financial abuse
• Risks and opportunities with innovation, including cryptocurrency and AI

Bank Challenges: Present & Future Regulatory Impacts
