The first peer group will take place on the front end of the 2026 CFO Conference & Ethics session. Lunch will be available starting at 11:30 a.m. with the sessions kicking off at noon.

Liquidity – Despite overall stability in the post-pandemic era, Liquidity Risk remains a regulatory focus point in today’s economic and market environment. In this session, we will cover current trends and practical takeaways for community banks.

Payments as a Profit Center: Maximizing Interchange and Non-Interest Income - This session examines how a strategic payments portfolio review can uncover interchange lift, incentive opportunities, and long-term savings that are often missed in day-to-day operations. Attendees will gain insight into how aligning networks, brands, and contracts can materially improve a bank’s non-interest income profile.  

Transactions with Affiliates Regulation W – Some institutions may not realize that this regulation applies to them. We will provide an overview to help institutions ensure they are in compliance with this regulation.
