2021 Women in Banking Conference Recap
December 3, 2021
On December 3rd, bankers from across the Commonwealth joined us virtually and in person for the ninth annual Women in Banking Conference. This conference was designed for all women involved in banking and provided engaging and thought provoking sessions on finding success in the industry.
This year’s hybrid event brought together nearly 50 attendees at The Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen and nine virtual “Watch Parties” at banks around the state.
“My colleague and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the conference. We went home with a new and powerful mindset and the desire to build stronger relationships with the women at our work that will help to grow our bank and each other’s careers. We will be back next year and we hope to bring a few other women from our bank. Thank you so much for organizing such an impactful day.”
