About the “Exploring the Future of Work” Executive Series
The COVID-19 pandemic reshaped and accelerated existing workforce trends as well as catalyzed new ones. What was considered “normal” in 2019 is no longer acceptable to many, evidenced by what is now known as the “Great Resignation”. The only thing we can be certain of is that expectations of current and prospective employees will continue to evolve and change.
The best leaders understand this and are beginning to explore the future of work with both fellow leaders and employees and are testing and iterating upon approaches to building culture, maintaining morale, leveling-up performance, and serving customers.
In a partnership between five state banking associations (DE/MD/PA/VA/WV) and Frontier, a consulting firm in Richmond, VA, we have developed a unique executive experience that allows leaders to collaborate, ideate and explore the future of work together. As a part of this four-month program, bank executives will have the opportunity to participate in:
- Four Future of Work Summits: Kicking off at the 2022 Mid-Atlantic Bank Executives Forum* with a two-hour session and followed by three, two-hour virtual sessions in October, November and December 2022.
- Four “Coffee Chats”: Four informal discussions, led by a Frontier consultant to take place in early 2023.
*The first summit session will be offered via livestream for Exploring the Future of Work registrants who cannot attend the Mid-Atlantic Bank Executives Forum.
Who Should Attend
Bank CEOs and/or other executive level bankers responsible for strategic priorities and around the organization’s workforce.

All cancellations will be charged a $25.00 administrative fee. Cancellations received less than 72 business hours before the program will be charged a $75.00 administrative fee plus any additional fees associated with the training. Substitutions are allowed prior to the beginning of course.
